Shipping policy

Welcome to Arehwah! We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Times

All in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that processing times may be extended during product launches, sales periods, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Pre-Orders

Some Arehwah items may be available for pre-order if they are currently out of stock.

Pre-order items will be clearly marked on the product page. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not yet ready for immediate dispatch.

Once pre-order items arrive and are back in stock, orders will be processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items become available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK Orders: 2–5 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

International Shipping

Arehwah ships to selected international destinations.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Arehwah is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly before completing your purchase.

Arehwah is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@arehwahluxe.com. 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
